STUDIO PICKUP

Studio Pickup is available free of charge for our local customers. This option is available upon checkout to customers who would like to to retrieve their order from our Studio location.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

State of Underdress uses DHL for all international deliveries. Rates will be calculated during check out and are dependant on the destination and weight of the order. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the customers local government will be the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are shipped from Vancouver, Canada with an official invoice which declares the total merchandise purchased in Canadian dollars. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) before 1PM PST will be processed that day and shipped within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after 1PM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM PST will be processed the following Monday. 

The cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account any delays caused by item availability or payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order for issues of payment and the right to limit quantities for exclusive releases.
